terms of service
- i have the right to decline any commission
- You can ask for an update on the commission at any time
- I am most active and will respond quicker on Twitter or Discord (eikanova for both)
- I am a student - commissions can take up to a few weeks to complete, depending on complexity- payment is through my vgen or ko-fi - the commission tab on ko-fi is for examples only!
- you must pay at least 50% upfront, and have paid 100% once the sketch is finished and approved
- Full refunds of what you paid are available if I have not yet sent a sketch for approval. 50% refunds are available past the sketch but before shading or completion.
- when i send progress screenshots, you have the right to ask for any changes that fall under what you commissioned- please credit me as eikanova if posting or using the commission anywhere (icons, banner, etc.)
- unless previously discussed, do not sell my work or use it for commercial purposes
- no using my art for nfts
- no using my art for AI
- let me know if you do not want your commission posted, or want it scheduled for a specific day- my art canvases range from 2000 to 6000 px, meaning their file sizes are usually big - i can downscale the canvas or compress files for uploading!exceptions may apply to some of the above (:
